Dinner at Sutemeshi Dondon*, Shinjuku, Tokyo:
First “real” ramen! Honestly, I was so hungry and tired that this tasted like nectar of the gods but it probably wasn’t the best ramen. Broth was very creamy and salty, which was expected, with chewy and springy noodles — basically, the essentials of ramen were met.
